By downloading, installing, or using the Tuniri app or visiting tuniri.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Tuniri app for your family's personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include:

• Modifying, reverse-engineering, or decompiling the app
• Redistributing or reselling the app or any portion of it
• Using the app for any commercial purpose
• Removing or altering any proprietary notices or labels

In-App Purchases

The Tuniri full version is available as a one-time in-app purchase processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All purchases are subject to the terms and refund policies of the respective platform. We do not process payments directly and do not have access to your payment information. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or platform policy.

Intellectual Property

All content in the Tuniri app and on tuniri.com — including illustrations, audio, stories, characters, badges, and code — is owned by Tuniri and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Tuniri content without our express written permission.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the app only for its intended purpose — supporting the early learning of children aged 2-6
• Supervise your child's use of the app in a manner appropriate to their age
• Keep your device and any account credentials secure
• Not attempt to circumvent any security or access controls in the app

Disclaimers

Tuniri is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs. Educational outcomes vary by child, and Tuniri makes no guarantees about specific learning results.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tuniri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via this page and the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law
