Restoring a Purchase
If you've previously purchased the full version, you can restore it through your device's app store. On iOS, go to the App Store > tap your profile > Purchased. On Android, the purchase is tied to your Google account and restores automatically.
Resetting a Child's Progress
Open the parent area (solve the math gate), go to Settings, then select the child profile you want to reset. Tap "Reset Progress" and confirm. This action is permanent.
Voice Interaction Not Working
Voice interaction requires on-device speech recognition, which must be enabled in your device settings. On iOS, go to Settings > General > Keyboard > Enable Dictation and download an offline language. On Android, ensure offline speech recognition is installed. If your device doesn't support it, the microphone button will be hidden automatically.
App Performance
Tuniri is optimized for devices with 2GB RAM or more. If you experience slowness, try closing other apps running in the background. The app targets 60fps animations and <2 second cold start times.
